PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with Section 10-8-2 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a public hearing on June 18, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the sale of two portions of Heber City Cemetery surplus land for possible development and construction of section B of the Eastern bypass. One parcel of approximately 12 acres extending from approximately 550 East 750 North to 550 East and the back lot line of Valley Hills Drive. The second parcel of approximately 10 acres extending from approximately 650 North Mill Road to 750 North Mill Road. The meeting will be held at 75 North Main Street in the Heber City Municipal Building. Public Comment is welcome.
