Ordinance Adoption
Notice is hereby given that during the Regular City Council Meeting held on July 5, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-17 and Ordinance 2022-18. Ordinance 2022-17 amended sections 15.08.001 and 15.08.020 of the City’s building occupancy code for model homes and open space amenities. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, Phillips, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. Ordinance 2022-18 amended chapter 18 sections 14, 24, and 52, updating the residential and agricultural zones, and adopting site plan submittal requirements. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Kahler, Phillips, and Stack. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
