Ordinance Adoption
During the Regular City Council Meeting held May 31, 2022, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-14 and Ordinance 2022-15. Ordinance 2022-14 amended Chapter 2.50 of the Heber City Municipal Code: Historic Preservation Commission. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Phillips, and Stack. Council Member Kahler was absent. The motion passed 4-0. Ordinance 2022-15 adopted a public safety impact fee. Voting Aye: Council Members Barney, Johnston, Phillips, and Stack. Council Member Kahler was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
