PUBLIC NOTICE
ANNEXATION
Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with Heber City proposing the annexation of an area herein after described acreage known as the College Downs Annexation. The Heber City Council was notified of the petition certification on March 14, 2022, as the petition met the requirements set forth in Utah State Code Subsection 10-2-405(2)(c)(i). The proposed annexation area is located at approximately 3100 North Highway 40, Wasatch County, Utah 84032. A complete copy of the College Downs Annexation Petition is available for inspection and copying in the office of the Heber City Recorder located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032. Heber City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless, a written protest to the annexation is filed with the County Clerk, and a copy of the protest delivered to the Heber City Recorder, no later than 30 days after the legislative body’s receipt of the notice of certification, which is 5:00 p.m., Thursday, April 14, 2022. The County Clerk’s office is located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032.
