Ordinance Adoption
During the Regular City Council Meeting of July 20, 2021, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2021-25, 2021-28, and Ordinance 2021-07. Ordinance 2021-25 adopted an Administrative Appeal Authority and amended section 18.112 of the Municipal Code with regard to non-conforming uses. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, and Kahler. Council Member Stack was absent. The motion passed 4-0. Ordinance 2021-28 adopted the Project Area Plan for the Heber City Downtown Community Reinvestment Project Area. Voting Aye: Council Members Hardman, Johnston, and Kahler. Voting Nay: Council Member Franco. Council Member Stack was absent. The motion passed 3-1. Ordinance 2021-07 amended section 18.108.110 of the Heber City Municipal Code regarding Accessory Dwelling Units. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, and Johnston. Council Member Stack was absent. Voting Nay: Council Member Kahler. The motion passed 3-1.
