Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing on July 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in order to hear comments for or against an Ordinance for a proposed development agreement for a storage development located at 600 West 100 South. The Hearing will be held in the Heber City Municipal Building located at 75 North Main Street. Public comment is welcome. Persons wishing to comment are invited to attend in person or virtually by accessing the link located on the City’s website https://www.heberut.gov/256/Agendas-and-Minutes.  Comments may also be submitted by email at ccpublic@heberut.gov

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, those persons needing special accommodations, including special audio hearing assistance receivers or who are non-English speaking, should contact Trina Cooke at 435-657-7886 at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting.
