Section 9.04.010 Designated.

All persons involved in the commission of an offense as defined in this Title or any of the provisions thereof, whether they directly commit the offense, or who aid, abet, counsel, advise or encourage its commission, and all persons who by fraud, contrivance or force occasions the drunkenness of another for the purpose of causing a person to commit any offense, or not being present have advised and encouraged its commission, or who by threat, menace, command or coercion compels another to commit any offense, or not being present have advised and encouraged its commission, and all persons counseling its commission, and all persons counseling, advising or encouraging children under the age of fourteen years, lunatics or idiots to commit any offense, are principals in any offense committed.
