Chapter 6.23 Impoundment Authorized
Section 6.23.010 Enforcement Officer may Capture Animal
Any enforcement officer or designee may attempt to capture any animal found
in violation of
this Title and may destroy an animal if in their judgment such action is required for public health
and safety.
