Section 6.02.170 Hobby Breeder
Any person who keeps four (4), but not more than eight (8), dogs over four (4)
months of age,
but who does not maintain a premise for dogs for boarding, grooming or letting for hire for fee.
Hobby Breeders are not allowed within the Heber City limits per the Zoning Ordinance.
