Chapter 5.40 Sexually Oriented Businesses
Section 5.40.060 Sexually Oriented Business Employee License Required.
A. No person shall act as an employee, as defined in
this Chapter, on the premises of a
sexually oriented business without having secured a sexually oriented business employee license
pursuant to this Chapter.
B. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty
of class B misdemeanor.
