Chapter 18.92 Manufactured Home Parks
Section 18.92.130 Open Space Easements.
An open space easement covering all common area restricting the use of the land
contained therein against future building or use, except that which is in accordance with
an approved amended plan, shall be so indicated on the plat. Any use of land contrary
to the use shown on the plat will require a plat amendment. (Ord. 96-04B, 1996; Ord.
