Chapter 18.92 Manufactured Home Parks
Section 18.92.090 Final Site Plan-Fee.
Preliminary plan $200 + $10 per lot; Final plat $200 + $10 per lot. In
addition, the
developer shall pay for all engineering review fees and upon final plat approval the
estimated inspection fee shall be escrowed with the city or added to the performance
bond. The deposit or bond to cover the cost of inspection services shall be calculated
as follows: 5.0% for the first two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) plus 2.0% for
additional cost up to one million dollars ($1,000,000), and 1.0% thereafter of the
engineers estimate of the construction costs (this fee is in addition to any required
