Section 18.76.060 Plot Plan Required.

Where landscaping is required in this title, a plot plan showing the proposed landscape development, watering system and use of the property shall be submitted to the zoning administrator. The same plot plan used to show parking layout or other requirements for the issuance of a building permit may be used to show landscaping providing all proposed landscaping is detailed adequately on said plot plan. The zoning administrator may disapprove such plans if he determines that they are not consistent with the requirements and purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 199 §02.0624(D), 1973)
