Prior to the adoption of 2000-01 on 01/12/2000, Section 18.64.070 read as follows.

    In the RA-2 zone, the following provisions shall be applicable:
    A.    For the purpose of determining front, side and rear setback requirements, any separate building situated within twelve feet from a dwelling or other main building shall be considered as a part of the main building and not as an accessory building;
    B.    The maximum density in the RA-2 Zone shall be two (2) dwellings per acre under traditional development and up to four (4) dwelling units per acre under density zoning with bonuses. (Ord. 98-03, 1998; Ord. 199 §02.0960.07, 1973)
