Section 18.64.070 Special Provisions.

    In the RA-2 zone, the following provisions shall be applicable:
    A.    For the purpose of determining front, side and rear setback requirements, any separate building situated within twelve feet from a dwelling or other main building shall be considered as a part of the main building and not as an accessory building;
    B.    The maximum density in a Planned Unit Development shall not exceed five units per acre contained in the development. (Ord. 2000-01, 2000; Ord. 98-03, 1998; Ord. 199 §02.0960.07, 1973)
