Chapter 18.64 RA-2 Residential-Agricultural Zone
Section 18.64.070 Special Provisions.
In the RA-2 zone, the following provisions shall be applicable:
A. For the purpose of determining front, side and rear
setback requirements, any
separate building situated within twelve feet from a dwelling or other main building shall
be considered as a part of the main building and not as an accessory building;
B. The maximum density in a Planned Unit Development
shall not exceed five units
