Section 18.64.060 Size of Dwelling.

The ground or first floor living area of single-story single-family dwellings shall be at least one thousand (1000) square feet exclusive of garages and/or carports. All two-story or multi-story single-family dwellings shall contain at least one thousand six hundred (1600) square feet of living space exclusive of basements, garages, and/or carports.
