In the RA-2 Zone, the following area requirements are applicable:

    An area of not less than 20,000 square feet shall be provided and maintained for each one-family dwelling and uses accessory thereto developed under traditional zoning and 12,500 square feet under density zoning. (Ord. 98-03, 1998; Ord. 199 §02.0960.03, 1973)
