Chapter 18.22 Clustered Open Space Zone (COSZ)
Section 18.22.010 COSZ Definition.
The COSZ is an overlay Zone, which may upon petition, and review and approval
of the City
Council, come into existence to overlay a specific portion of an existing R-2 or R-3 zoned area.
