Section 18.08.610 Subdivision.

"Subdivision" means the division of a tract or lot or parcel of land into two or more lots, plots, sites, or other division of land for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of sale or of building development. (Ord. 2000-01, 2000; Ord. 199 §02.0559, 1973)
