Chapter 18.08 Definitions
Section 18.08.110 Conditional Use.
"Conditional use" means, generally, a use which requires approval
of the planning
commission, board of adjustment or city council before the zoning administrator may
issue a permit therefor, such as uses which require individual consideration of
surrounding conditions and circumstances to carry out the intent and purpose of the
land use plan. It is also a use for which a conditional use permit is required by this title.
