Chapter 18.08 Definitions
Section 18.08.080 Club.
"Club" means a building used, occupied and operated by an organized
association of
persons for social, fraternal, religious or patriotic purposes, whose activities are confined
to the members and their guests, but shall not include any organization, group or
association, the principal activity of which is to render a service usually and ordinarily
carried on as a business. (Ord. 199 §02.0508, 1973)
