Chapter 1.16 Prisoners
Section 1.16.010 Reduction of Sentence.
Every person undergoing sentence for thirty days or more who has not been guilty
of
a breach of the rules of the prison, shall be entitled to a reduction of the period of his
sentence as follows. From a term of one month, five days, from a term of two months,
ten days; from a term of three months, fifteen days; from a term of four months, twenty
days; from a term of five months, twenty-five days; from a term of six months, thirty
days. Proportionate reductions shall be made of fractional parts of a month included in
any of such sentences. (Prior code §22-9)
